Refund policy
Returns. We do not accept returns of any kind.
Order Changes. If you wish to make changes to an existing order, please contact orders@GardenClubPlants.com with your 5 or 6 digit order number and requested changes, and our customer service team will assist you. Please note that once your order is in production, changes may not be possible. If your order change results in a refund/credit owed, it will be issued in the form of store credit. As of 2/11/2026, ship week change requests on existing orders will be processed as cancellations with the opportunity to reorder for your desired ship week using store credit.
Order Cancellation. Cancellations are accepted up until 10 business days before your order is scheduled to ship. If you would like to cancel your order, email orders@GardenClubPlants.com and our team will assist you. Please note that canceled orders are refunded via store credit redeemable at www.GardenClubPlants.com for 5 years.
Address Updates. We can update your order's shipping address at any time before a shipping label has been printed. Simply email us at orders@GardenClubPlants.com with your 5 or 6 digit order number and we'll take it from there! *Please note that if your order already has a printed shipping label and must be rerouted, you will be charged a $30 rerouting fee. You will be sent an invoice via email, which must be paid before we can reroute the delivery.
Claims. To file a claim, fill out our Claims form, then our team will assess and get back to you ASAP! You may receive a partial refund, a replacement, or a combination thereof. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking info when your order ships. Follow the tracking, and make every effort to be home when your order arrives. Garden Club is not responsible for product that is left unreceived, stolen after delivery, or that perishes in an unopened box.Â
Damaged or dead plants that were not immediately removed from their box upon arrival are not eligible for refund or replacement. We advise all customers to be available to open their Garden Club box right away, water the young plants, and plant out as soon as possible to avoid injuring or stunting the plants.
