Earth and Snow

Planting Guide:

Fall - plant approximately 6 weeks before your first hard freeze date.

The Earth and Snow collection is generally suitable for fall planting in USDA zones 9 and higher (unprotected), and Zones 8 and below with additional protection from a greenhouse, hoop house or frost cloth. Even in zone 9, stock may need protection during extreme lows. In most of the northern and central US it is recommended to wait and plant stock in the early spring. This is strictly a guideline and we cannot guarantee winter survivability.

Early Spring (cold soil) - plant approximately 2 weeks before your last frost date.

Delicate yet deeply evocative, the Earth and Snow collection captures the fleeting magic of winter’s retreat and spring’s first breath. Cool whites and warm earth tones intertwine, mirroring the last snowdrifts melting into bare ground. Stock ‘Iron White’ and Murakami ‘Vintage Brown’ bloom first, their crisp petals and muted sepia hues embodying the quiet beauty of early spring. Pansy ‘Flamenco Terracotta’ dances through the season with rich, sunlit tones, while Snapdragon ‘Madam Butterfly Ivory’ emerges in early summer, its luminous blooms bridging the transition into warmth. Ethereal and poetic, this collection is a celebration of new beginnings, the perfect tribute to the season’s awakening.

This collection includes 4 mini greenhouses, each containing 8 plugs of the following varieties:

Pansy 'Flamenco Terracotta'

Stock 'Murakami Vintage Brown'

Snapdragon 'Madam Butterfly Ivory'

Stock 'Iron White'
