When most people think of Echinacea, or Coneflower, they picture the classic North-American native purple variety seen in pollinator gardens across the country. With modern breeding efforts, we now have seed-grown strains in a vast array of colors. PollyNation mix is the same species of plant, but the flowers are magenta pink, orange-red, yellow and white.

Exactly What You’ll Receive

  • Echinacea PollyNation Mix plug plants
  • 8 standard plug plants roughly 1" x 1" x 2"
  • 1 recycled & reusable mini greenhouse

When to Plant

  • Warm Soil (After all threat of frost has passed in spring)

Plant Echinacea PollyNation Mix in average garden soil and full-sun conditions for best results. Seed grown strains grow and establish very quickly. You can expect to see flowers the same season as planting, but the real show comes in year 2 and beyond, when the plants have matured into clumps and many flowers are produced through the summer. Harvesting flowers for bouquets and deadheading spent blooms will cause the plants to flower continuously until frost. Water regularly during establishment; mature plants are quite drought tolerant.

**Our 'Mix' products are grown from a custom seed blend created by the breeder, and we cannot guarantee which colors you will receive. While the mix will likely produce the variety of shades shown, it's also possible for the blooms to be all one color or to slightly differ from the colors represented in the product photos.**
