Lavender ‘Goodwin Creek’ is a unique French/Wooly lavender hybrid that offers a distinct experience compared to traditional English lavenders. Its silvery, serrated foliage forms a compact shrub topped with elegantly tall, deep violet-purple flower spikes. Renowned for its heat tolerance and year-round interest in mild climates, it thrives beautifully in large containers, rock gardens, or borders where it lends an upscale touch. Excellent for harvesting as fresh or dried flowers, or oil production, this variety blends resilience with refined scent and color. Note that it is less winter hardy than English types and may require protection in regions colder than USDA Zone 7.
