Spring Color Riot

Planting Guide:

Fall - plant approximately 6 weeks before your first hard freeze date.

The Spring Color Riot collection is generally suitable for fall planting in USDA zones 7 and higher (unprotected), and Zones 6 and below with additional protection from a greenhouse, hoop house or frost cloth. This is strictly a guideline and we cannot guarantee winter survivability.

Early Spring (cold soil) - plant approximately 2 weeks before your last frost date.

After a long, gray winter, Spring Color Riot bursts onto the scene like a festival in full swing. A kaleidoscope of color, this mix is anything but subtle - Pansy 'Can Can Mix' in a wild array of hues complement Snapdragon 'Madame Butterfly Mix' in a painter’s palette of pinks, corals, and golds. Poppy 'Champagne Bubbles Mix' flutter in the breeze on wiry stems and Larkspur 'QIS Mix' stand tall and proud in rich blues, pinks and purples. These cool-season annuals thrive in the cool air of early spring, bringing an exhilarating rush of brightness just when the garden needs it most. The pansies and poppies make the first splash, followed by snapdragons and larkspur for a long-lasting, joy-filled display. For those who love color, fragrance, and the thrill of the changing seasons, this mix is pure delight.

This collection includes 4 mini greenhouses, each containing 8 plugs of the following varieties:

Pansy 'Can Can Mix'

Snapdragon 'Madam Butterfly Mix'

Larkspur 'QIS Mix'

Poppy 'Champagne Bubbles Mix'
